Are there any registration charges for creating an account on Car Store?
No, there are no registration charges applicable for creating an account with us. It is absolutely free of cost.
How should I go about shopping for a big purchase in consumer electronics on Carstore.ae?
The shopping process with us is extremely simple. Simply go to the respective product you want to buy and add it to your cart. You can choose an option of payment while check out that suits you best and proceed according to instructions.

Is it safe to order products on Car Store using my credit card or checking information?
It is absolutely safe to order with us using your credit/ debit card as we do not store your personal data, except your shipping address and phone number for our reference.
What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Carstore.ae?
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Debit/Credit Cards/Netbanking of all major banks
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Car Store Credit. (Store Credit)
What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?
For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that since the COD service is costly for us to provide, cash payment orders will be charged an additional AED 3 per order for the UAE customers.
My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. Please fill in our Contact Us form available under the Any Other Query section with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.
Can I pay COD (Cash On Delivery) for every product I buy on Car Store?
Yes For most of the products, COD is available and is mentioned on the product page. However, due to logistics concern, this option might not be available for few products.
What Is Carstore.ae Store Credit?
Carstore.ae Store Credit is a type of money that can (only) be used on Carstore.ae to make purchases. Carstore.ae Store Credit is non-transferrable. Carstore.ae reserves the right to amend policies related to distribution/redemption of carstore.ae Store Credit by members. Most refunds are processed via Carstore.ae Store Credit which you can use it against your future purchases.

Do you ship outside the UAE?
Unfortunately, for the time being our services are restricted to UAE only. But Car Store will ship international soon.
How long will it take to get my order?
We work hard to make sure that your order reaches to you on time within 2-4 days. But in unforeseen situation your product might take a little longer time.
Do you have extra charges for delivery?
Deliveries paid via Credit Card or Debit Card is AED 15! Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be charged an additional AED 3 per order for the UAE, no matter how many items your order contains!
If you take “Installation Service” with the product than shipping will be free T&C Apply
What Should I Do If I Find My Package Opened Upon Delivery?
Please don't accept an open package. Report this concern by filling up our Contact Us form with your order details and we will look at it immediately and get back to you shortly.
How do I check the status of my order?
Visit the MY ORDERS page in your My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order
Why have I not received my order yet?
Due to unforeseen situation, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
Which courier company will deliver my order? Is it possible to choose my preferred delivery partner?
For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners with in the UAE. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner.
Is it possible To Change My Deliver Address?

Do I Have To Pay To The Courier To Return My Item?
If we arrange the pick-up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. It’s FREE!
If we find that the returned product is absolutely fine, we might charge for the shipping of the same product for pick-up and re-shipping the item.

Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

Certainly! We have a “No Question Asked Policy”. Report your concern by filling the Contact Us form within 3 days of receipt of your order. Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the replacement as per your choice.
